Scrap Kits

These Scrap Kits have been made by me using paint shop pro and some outside filters.  My creations are for personal/non profit use only.  My kits are not to be placed on another website for download or passed around through email, yahoo groups or shared through rapidshare and other share groups of that nature.  My kits are not to be used to create other scrap kits.  You may resize or recolor to suit your needs but please do not rip apart my kits.  If you are a tutorial writer, you can use my kits but your must direct people here to my resource page to download. If you don't feel you can follow my TOU,  then please don't download my kits.
