This is a very quick and  easy Scrap Tut

1. Open a new image 700 x 700 and flood fill with white. Add a new layer - go to selections - select all. Choose one of the papers from the scrap kit and paste into selection. Deselect. Have the mask open in psp. Go to layers - new mask layer - from image. Find the name of the mask in the drop down window and apply. In your layer palette, right click on the mask layer and merge group.

2. Choose the frame that you will be using and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Take your magic wand and click inside the opening of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand by 2. Choose another paper from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer. Go to selections invert, making sure you are still on the paper layer and hit your delete button to remove the excess paper outside of the frame. Deselect and move the paper beneath your frame layer.

3. Choose the tube you will be using and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed and position to your liking. Duplicate this layer and move it down under the frame layer but on top of the paper background layer for the frame. I want her to look part in and part outside of the frame. There are other ways to do this but this is how I do it. Close off the duplicate tube layer for now. Highlight your top tube layer and take your eraser tool and start erasing off the part that you don't want outside of the frame. Even if you erase a little too much remember we have the duplicate tube layer that will take care of it. Once you have erased your top tube layer, open back up the duplicate tube layer and take your eraser and erase the same parts off of the duplicate that you did on the top tube layer.

4. Close off the white background and the mask layer and merge visible. Add a drop shadow of choice. Now you can open back up all your layers.

5. Choose what elements from the kit that you would like to add to your tag. Refer to my tag if you want it to look similar. Copy and paste each element on a new layer. Resize as needed and add a drop shadow of choice.

6. Open the glitter doodle that was provided. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize. I mirrored mine because I thought it looked better that way. Move this layer down under the merged frame layer and on top of the mask layer. If any of the doodle is showing beneath the heart just erase that part off.

7. If you prefer it to be a color that matches your tag like I did, go to adjust - hue and saturation - colorize.

8. Add a new layer and add your text, drop shadow of choice. Image - resize - 75%, bicubic resample and all layers checked. Add a new layer and add your copyright info and watermark.

9. Export your file to the png or jpg optimizer and save. If you prefer a transparent background, turn off the white background layer and save as a png file.

That's it!
