HERE
I am using the artwork of Ted Hammond. You can purchase a license to use
his work from CILM
1. Open the template in psp. Go to Image canvas size and change it to 700 x 700.
Click on the bottom layer and
then add a new layer. Flood fill with with white and move it down to be the
bottom layer. Highlight layer #2.
Selections select all - float - defloat. Choose a paper from the scrap kit and
paste as a new layer. Selections
invert - hit your delete key to remove the excess paper. Go ahead and close off
layer #2 now.
2. Highlight layer #3. Selections - select all - float - defloat. Choose another
paper from the kit and paste as
a new layer. Selections - invert - hit your delete key to remove the excess
paper. Now you can close off layer
#3.
3. Highlight Layer #4. Selections - select all - float. Now add a new layer and
flood fill with a color of your
choice. Deselect. Close off layer #4 now.
4. Highlight layer #1. Follow the same steps you did in step #2. Then close off
layer #1.
5. Highlight layer #6. Follow the same steps you did in step #3. Then close off
layer #6.
6. Highlight layer #7. Selections - select all. Add a new layer and flood fill
with a color of choice. Deselect.
Close off layer #7. We are all done with the template now.
7. Choose one of the doodles. Click on your bottom white layer. Copy and paste
the doodle as a new layer.
Arrange to your liking. Duplicate this layer and mirror image and then flip and
arrange as I have mine. See tag.
8. Copy and paste your bow, t shirt and skull each on a new separate layer. Drop
shadow of choice. Or add
different elements to your liking.
9. Copy and paste the word art, resize as needed. Copy and paste your tube as a
new layer and add a drop shadow
of choice.
10. Resize your image by 75% bicubic resample with all layers checked. Add a new
layer and add your text. Add a
new layer and add your watermark and copyright info.
11. Export to your jpg or png optimizer and save. If you prefer a transparent
background, close off the white
bottom layer and save as a png file.
