1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. Choose the frame you want to use and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize if needed.

2. Choose one of the papers. Take your magic wand and click inside the frame opening...make sure you click in the openings under the bow too. Selections - modify - expand by 4.

3. Copy and paste as a new layer the paper of your choice and position to your liking. Selections invert - delete to remove the excess. Deselect. Move the paper under the frame layer.

4. Click back on the frame layer and use the magic wand again clicking in all the open areas including those under the ribbon. Selections modify expand by 4. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and position in your frame. Once happy go to selections invert - delete - deselect.

5. Move this layer under your frame layer also. Apply a drop shadow of choice. Then turn off the white background layer and merge those three layers visible. Add a drop shadow of choice to the frame. Turn your layers back on.

6. Click on the white background layer. Choose one of the glitter doodles and copy and paste it as a new layer resizing if needed. I took my selection tool point to point and cut off the excess hanging below the frame. Then duplicate this layer and move over to the right and up alittle or however you would like it to be.

7. Choose one of the flowers with the eyelet in the middle and copy and paste as a new layer. Bring it down behind the frame and position it in the upper left corner. Add a drop shadow of choice. Duplicate this layer and bring it down to the middle of the bottom of the frame. See my tag for reference.

8. Choose on of the eyelet bows and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed and place in the upper left corner. I mirrored mine. Copy and paste 2 of the stitched stars and resize. Position similar to mine.

9. Copy and paste on a new layer one of the glittered butterflys. Resize appropriately and take your deformation tool and rotate it towards the right. Position this on top of the eyelet bow. Take your eraser tool and erase alittle of the loop to make it took like it is hanging on the eyelet.

10. Add the other flowers on new layers and drop shadow. Refer to my tag for placement. Add a new layer for your text. Resize by 85% all layers checked, bicubic resample. Add a new layer and add your copyright and watermark. Export to your jpg or png optimizer and save.

Thats it!
