Artwork is paid for and licensed to me. Do not use
the same graphics unless you hold a license to do so.
1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white.
Choose on of the papers and copy and paste as a new layer. Open the mask
provided in psp. Go to layers - new mask layer - from image and find the name of
the mask in the drop down list and apply. Right click on the mask layer in your
layer palette and merge group.
2. Choose the frame that you will be using and copy and paste as a new layer.
Resize as needed. Add a drop shadow of choice. Take your magic wand and click
inside the opening of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand by 3. Copy
and paste your tube as a new layer - resize if needed and position to where you
like it in the frame. Selections invert - make sure you are on the tube layer
and hit delete to remove the excess outside of the frame. Deselect and move this
layer beneath your frame layer. Add a drop shadow of choice.
3. Open the flowers that you choose to use and copy and paste as a new layer.
Resize as needed. Move this layer down so that it is on top of the mask layer.
Position to your liking. Now duplicate the layer and move it up to the top of
your frame. Take your magic wand now and go to your frame layer and click inside
the opening. Back to your top layer of flowers and hit delete. Deselect. Erase
anything that you don't like the way it looks. I erased off the bottom part of
the stem that was on the top of the frame.
4. Copy and paste the tag on a new layer and resize. Copy and paste your flower
of choice on a new layer and resize as needed. Copy and paste the butterfly on a
new layer and resize. I chose to add a gradient glow using EC 4000 to make it
stand out more. These are the settings I used below.

5. Open the word art and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize to suit
your tag. I made it grey so that it can easily be colorized to suit the colors
used in your tag. Add any other embellishments of choice.
6. Add a new layer for your text. Add a drop shadow of choice. I am using V & H
-1, opacity 60 blur 3.00. Now resize your tag by 85%, bicubic resample all
layers checked. Add a new layer for your c/right info and watermark.
That's it!!
