This is a very quick and  easy Scrap Tut

1. Open a new image 700 x 700 and flood fill with white. Choose one of the papers from the kit and have it open in psp. Add a new layer and go to selections select all. Copy and paste your paper into selection. Deselect.

2. Have the mask provided open in psp. Go to layers - new mask layer - from image. Find the name of the mask in the drop down box and apply. In your layer palette - right click on the mask layer and merge group.

3. Copy and paste the frame you are using as a new layer. Resize if needed. Choose one of the papers for the background fill of the frame. Take your magic wand and click inside the opening of the frame. Go to selections modify - expand by 3. Copy and paste the paper you have chosen as a new layer. Make sure the paper layer is highlighted in you layer palette and go to selections - invert - delete to remove the excess outside of the frame. Move this layer beneath your frame.

4. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resizing if needed. Again take the magic wand, have the frame layer highlighted and click inside the opening. Selections - modify - expand by 3. Highlight your tube layer and go to Selections invert - delete. Deselect. Move this layer beneath your frame also.

5. Copy and paste the "race babe" banner as a new layer. Use your deform tool to rotate it a bit to the left - refer to my tag. Copy and paste the checkered flag as a new layer. Copy and paste the bow as a new layer. Position to your liking and add a drop shadow of choice to each.

6. In your layer palette, highlight your mask layer. Copy and paste as a new layer the knotted string and move it up to the upper right, resize if needed. Duplicate this layer and go to image mirror - flip and position this down in the lower left. Refer to my tag for placement.

7. Add any of the other elements from the kit on new layers, resizing and adding a drop shadow of choice.

8. Add a new layer and add your text and drop shadow. Now go to image - resize - all layers checked, bicubic resample and resize by 75%.

9. Add a new layer and add your copyright and watermark. Now export the image to your jpg or png optimizer and save. Should you want to save it with a transparent background, just turn off your bottom white layer and save as a png file.

That's it!
