1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. Pick one of the papers
and copy and paste as a new layer. Have the mask provided open in psp. Go to
layers - new mask layer - from image. In the drop down box find the WSL mask 84
and apply. Right click on the mask layer in your layers palette and merge group.
2. Choose the filmstrip frame that you want to use and copy and paste as a new
layer. Resize if needed. Choose another of the papers that you want to use for
the background of your frames. Take your magic wand and click inside the
openings in all the frames, under where the ribbon goes across too. Then go to
selections - modify - expand by 3.
3. Copy and paste the paper you are using for the background as a new layer.
Then go to selections invert. Make sure you are still on your paper layer in the
layer palette and hit delete. Deselect. Move this layer beneath your frame
layer.
4. While on your frame layer, take your magic wand and click inside one of the
openings, click inside the part below the ribbon also. Selections - modify -
expand by 3. Copy and paste the first tube you are using as a new layer.
Position and resize as needed. Then go to selections - invert and hit delete to
remove the excess outside of your frame. Deselect and move below your frame
layer.
5. Repeat step 4 to fill the other two openings in your frame. Once you have
done that, then close off the white background and the mask layer and merge
visible. Add a drop shadow of choice to the frame. Then you can open back up the
other layers.
6. On your frame layer duplicate that layer. On your duplicate layer take your
deformation tool and rotate it similar to mine. Or you can just go to rotate and
play around with the settings till you get something similar to mine or to your
liking.
7. Copy and paste the ribbon that you will be using as a new layer. Resize as
needed. Drag it down beneath the duplicated frame. You may need to slightly
rotate it. Copy and paste your flowers as a new layer. This layer should be on
top of your duplicated frame layer. Add a drop shadow of choice.
8. Continue adding whatever other elements to your tag that you want to. I
included the little screw in the zip file if you want to use it as I did to
fasten the glittered heart. Add drop shadows of choice. Refer to my tag for
placement.
9. Add a new layer and add your text. Resize by 85% bicubic resample all layers
checked. Add a new layer and add your copyright info and water mark. Export to
your jpg or png optimizer and save.
Thats it!
