1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. Add a new layer - selections - select all. Choose of the of papers in the kit and copy and paste into selection. Deselect. Have the mask open in psp. Go to layers - new mask layer - from image. Choose the mask image in the drop down box and apply. Right click on the mask layer and merge group.

2. Choose the doodle that you want to use and copy and paste as a new layer, resizing if needed. Choose the frame that you will be using and copy and paste as a new layer, resize as needed. Take your magic wand and click inside the opening of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand by 3. Copy and paste another paper as a new layer for the background of the frame. Selections invert and hit your delete key. Move this layer under the frame layer.

3. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. I wanted her to be part in and part out of the frame. There are several ways to do this but this is my way. Once you have the tube placed where you are happy with her, duplicate the tube layer and move the duplicate down under the frame layer. Close off that layer for now. Take your eraser tool on the original tube layer (should be the top layer) start erasing the part of the tube that you don't want outside of the frame, if you accidently erase more than you should it will be ok because you have the duplicate layer to work with. Once you erase off the portion you want on the top layer, open back up your duplicate tube layer and again erase off the parts that you erased off on the top tube layer. Generally there will be less to erase on the duplicate layer since that tube is already under the frame.

4. Add a drop shadow of choice to your top tube layer. Choose one of the bows and copy and paste as a new layer, resizing as needed and position similiar to mine. Add the flowers or any other elements you desire. Drop shadow of choice on each.

5. Copy and paste the Kiss Me Im Irish buckle provided in my supplies as a new layer. Move this layer down under the box and flower layer and position similiar to mine...see tag for reference. Copy and paste the shamrock as a new layer, resize by 40% or so and move this layer down where it is under the tube layer, rotate slightly left. Duplicate this layer, image mirror, and position the shamrocks to your liking. Drop shadow of choice.

6. Add a new layer and add your text. Image resize by 85%, all layers, bicubic resample checked. Add a new layer and add your watermark and copyrights.

7. Export to your png or jpg optimizer and save. If you prefer to have a transparent background turn off the white back ground layer and then save as a png file.
