those with working knowledge of psp.

1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. Add a new layer and go
to selections select all. Choose one of the papers and copy and paste it into
selection. Deselect.
2. Have your mask open in psp. Go to layers new mask layer from image. Find the
name of the mask in the drop down box and apply. Right click and merge group.
3. Copy and paste one of the frames as a new layer. Resize if needed. Take your
point to point selection tool and make a rectangle selection a little larger than
the inside opening of your frame. Copy and paste as a new layer a paper of
choice for the background of the frame. Selections invert - delete to remove the
excess paper. Deselect. Move this layer beneath your frame layer.
4. Take your point to point selection tool again and make a selection like you
did in step 3. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and position it to your
liking. Selections invert - make sure you are on your tube layer - delete.
Deselect. Add a drop shadow of choice. Turn off the white background and your
mask layer and merge visible. Add a drop shadow of choice. You can now open up
the other layers.
5. Choose one of the buckles and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize. Then
take your deformation tool and rotate it slightly and move to the upper right
side of your frame. See my tag for reference.
6. Open a flower and copy and paste as a new layer resizing as needed and move
this on top of the buckle you placed in the last step. Add a drop shadow of
choice.
7. Choose one of the tags and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize. And
position in front of the flower and bug on your frame. Add a drop shadow of
choice.
8. Add what other elements you choose on new layers and drop shadow. Refer to my
tag or make yours a little different!!
9. Add a new layer for your text. Resize your image by 85%, bicubic resample,
all layers checked.
10. Add a new layer for your watermark and copyright info. Export to your png or
jpg optimizer and save.
