Do Not use the same artwork that I am using unless you have purchased the proper license to do so, I have paid for it and have a license to use it.

1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. Choose one of the papers to use as a background. Have your mask open in psp. Go to layers - new mask layer - from image and find the name of the mask provided in the drop down list and apply. Right click on your layer palette and merge group.

2. Choose the frame that you want to use and copy and paste as a new layer. Choose the paper you want to use for the background to your frame. Copy and paste as a new layer and move under your frame. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer also moving under your frame.

3. Take your selection tool set on rectangular and make a selection around the opening in your frame making it a little larger than the opening is. Go to selections invert - now click on your tube layer and hit delete, then click on the frame background paper layer and hit delete. This should remove the excess tube and paper.

4. Give your tube a drop shadow of choice. Close off the white background and the mask layer and merge visible. Add a drop shadow of choice. Open up your other layers now. Duplicate your frame layer and on the original layer rotate it slightly to the right. Refer to my tag.

5. Choose one of the flower clips and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed and arrange this to the left at the top of your frames so as it looks like it is clipped to the frames. Add a drop shadow of choice.

6. Choose one of the doodles and copy. Click on your mask layer and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Bring your frames and clip over to the left so that it is covering the ends of the doodle. While on the doodle layer, go to adjust - add/remove noise and add noise at 25%, uniform and monochrome selected.

7. Choose one of the butterflies and copy and paste as a new layer, resizing as needed. Rotate slightly right. Duplicate this layer and resize by 80% or so and go to image mirror. Refer to my tag for placement. Add drop shadows of choice.

8. Copy and paste on a new layer one of the labels and rotate it to your liking, add a drop shadow of choice. Choose one of the tags and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed, add drop shadow of choice. Add a new layer and get your accent brush and add an accent to the label. Add any other elements of choice.

9.Add a new layer for your text. Resize by 85% all layer checked, bicubic resample. Add a new layer for your copyright and watermark.

10. Once you are happy with the placement of everything export to your jpg or png optimizer and save.

That's it!
