1. Open your template and duplicate. Close the original. Go to image - canvas size and type in 700 x 700. Click on your bottom background layer and flood fill with white to fill in the part missing after resizing the canvas.

2. Choose one of the scrap papers and open it in psp. Highlight the ellipse layer. Go to selections - select all - float - defloat. Copy and paste the paper as a new layer. Selections invert - delete - deselect. Add a drop shadow of choice and then close off the ellipse layer.

3. Choose another of the scrap papers and open it. Highlight the scalloped shape layer. Selection - select all - float - defloat. Copy and paste the scrap paper as a new layer. Selections invert - delete. Add a drop shadow of choice and the close off the scalloped layer.

4. Highlight the circle layer and follow the same steps as you did in step #3.

5. Highlight the doodle flowers and follow the same steps as in step #3.

6. Choose a paper that you want to use for the background of the frames. Highlight the right frame background layer - select all - float - defloat. Copy and paste the paper as a new layer - selections invert - delete - deselect. Close off the right frame background grey layer. Follow these steps for the left frame background layer as well.

7. I decided to leave my actual frames white as they were in the template. Should you prefer to color them. Highlight the frame layer and go to selections - select all - float. Add a new layer and flood fill with a color or choice - deselect and close off the original white frame layer.

8.  Highlight the diamond line layer. I wanted to colorize this so I went to adjust brightness and contrast - and typed in 129 for brightness and 5 for contrast to make it a lighter grey color. Then go to adjust hue and saturation and play around with it until you get the color you want.

9. Now lets add your tubes. Click back on the white frame layer or the colored frame layer if you decided to make it a color. Take your magic wand and click inside of the opening. Go to selection - modify - expand by 3. Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer placing it where you want it to sit in the frame. Then go to selections invert - make sure you are on your tube layer and then hit the delete button to remove the excess outside of the frame. Now move this layer beneath your frame. Repeat these steps to add your tube to the other frame.

10.You can leave your staples silver but I colorized mine to match the colors in the tag. If you want to colorize them go to adjust hue and saturation - and pick the color you prefer.

11. Add any embellishments from the kit you desire on new layers and add a drop shadow of choice.

12. Add a new layer and add your text. When happy with the placement of everything on your tag them go to image resize by 75% bicubic resample with all layers checked. Add a new layer for your copyrights and watermark.

13. Export your image to the jpg or png optimizer and save. If you prefer a transparent background then close off the white background layer and save as a png file.

That's It!
