1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white. Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit as a new layer. Have the mask provided open in psp. Go to layers - new mask layer - from image and find the name of the mask in the drop down list and apply. In your layer palette right click on the mask layer and merge group.

2.Open the frame you want to use and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize if needed. Take your magic wand and click inside the frame opening. Go to selections - modify - expand by 3. Choose another paper from the kit to use as the background in the frame and copy and paste as new layer. Go to selections - invert make sure you are on the paper layer and hit delete - deselect. Move the paper under your frame layer.

3. Back to your frame layer - again take your magic wand and click in the opening - selections modify - expand by 3.
Copy and paste the tube you will be using as a new layer. Position to your liking, once happy again go to selection invert - delete- deselect. Move this under your frame layer as well. Add a drop shadow of choice. Close off your background layer and mask layer and merge those 3 layers visible. Add a drop shadow of choice. Now open back up your other layers.

4. Open the doodle. Click on your merged mask layer in the layer palette. Copy and paste the doodle as a new layer. Resize if needed.

5. Continue adding what ever other elements you desire on separate layers and giving them a drop shadow of choice. Refer to my tag.

6. Add a new layer and add your text. Add drop shadow of choice.

7.Resize your image by 85%, bicubic resample, all layers checked. Now add your watermark and c/r info on a new layer. Resizing first will keep it clearer if you are using a very small font.

8. Once you are pleased with everything on your tag export it to the png or jpg optimizer and save.

Thats It!
